Campo de Montalban® 2/7# (512Wx340H) - This cheese is a blend of cow, sheep and goat’s milk harvested in La Mancha. Aged 90 days, the texture and appearance are similar to Manchego yet the flavor exhibits characteristics of all three milks. Before 1985 this was considered a Manchego cheese. La Leyenda Brandy Cheese 2/6# (283Wx320H) - This one-year aged sheep’s milk cheese from Albacete is rubbed with lard and fine herbs and then soaked in Solera brandy for 4-5 days. Beautifully balanced with a nutty finish. Packed in a decorative burgundy wooden crate. 2/6# Name: La Leyenda Brandy Cheese 2/6#

Manchego DO 3 mo. 2/6# (640Wx480H) - Manchego is a D.O. cheese, which can be made only from the milk of the Manchega sheep that graze in the provinces of Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca and Toledo, all of which form the region of La Mancha. The best cheese is produced when the milk is the richest, between August and December. The pattern on the rind comes from a time when the cheese was wrapped in sheets of woven esparto grass. The Corcuera Family was the first in all of Castilla La Mancha to make and commercialize Manchego Cheese. The family produces the cheese in the province of Toledo using same day milk, producing a more buttery Manchego. 2/6# Name: Manchego DO 3 mo. 2/6#
