Cabra Romero (Rosemary Goat) 6/2# (480Wx480H) - A semi-soft goat’s milk cheese produced by Don Lorenzo in Murcia, Spain. It is made from the rich, creamy milk of the Murciana goat, covered with loads of fresh rosemary and aged for roughly 90 days. Calasparra Rice DO White (Cloth Bag) 20/1kg (558Wx480H) - Cooperatively produced in the mountains of Murcia along the Mundo and Segura River valleys, Calasparra is a premium grade of Spanish rice. Granted a D.O. in 1986, Calasparra is still, to this day, the only such protected rice in the European community. Cook with it and you will see that it soaks up twice as much broth as standard Spanish rice. This results, quite simply, in a more flavorful paella, and for that you will be thankful. In the centuries old tradition, fresh river waters are channeled through the rice fields near the town of Calasparra, and the cooler summer climate of the area results in a slower ripening grain which is harder and slower cooking.
