Ibores DO 6/2# (225Wx243H) - We have been searching for quite some time for a good Ibores cheese, and we are pleased to finally have found one. This is a semi firm goat cheese rubbed with paprika from the region of Extremadura in southwestern Spain. It has a silky texture and a clean finish, picking up on hints of grass and earth, which reflects its homeland. 6/2# Name: Ibores DO 6/2#

Torta La Serena Mitica® 4/3# (464Wx452H) - La Serena, known as “Torta”, is a soft 60-day aged, raw milk cheese made with thistle flavor as the coagulant. La Serena starts out deliciously runny and then firms up with age. Juan is a maestro, as this producer is the best we found after tasting many Tortas in the area.
