Piramides de Sal (WxH) - This delicate pyramid-shaped salt is harvested from the Atlantic Ocean. As it dries, it crystallizes into pyramids, a shape ideal for dissolving into soups and stocks. When using for cooking, you will need to crush between your fingers for the desired size. It is ideal for seasoning and decorating. Available in retail (6/2.12oz) and bulk (4/1.5kg) sizes. Sherry Vinegar El Majuelo 6/750ml (320Wx240H) - This sherry vinegar is produced by a family-run company in Jerez, Spain. Most are produced using the Palomino grape and what changes is the ageing. This regular sherry vinegar is made using 100% Palomino grapes and aged for a minimum of 6 months in wood barrels before bottling. This 5L size is perfect for food service. Sherry Vinegar Pedro Ximenez (Sweet) El Majuelo 6/250ml (240Wx320H) - This sweet sherry vinegar is produced by a family-run company in Jerez, Spain, using the Pedro Ximenez grape. The grapes are sundried (to raisins), concentrating all the sugars. They are then pressed, aged in American Oak for 2 years. The result is an exquisite sweet and sour vinegar, that of Pedro Ximenez.
