Palhais Buttons 36/60g (320Wx240H) - A semi-soft goat cheese. Flavorful yet salty at the finish, as are most Portuguese cheeses, this is very versatile. Palhais can be marinated, rolled in herbs or just sold as individual buttons. It is perfect in salads or cooked in the oven. The cheese is pasteurized. Packages of 6/60g buttons.
