We are proud to introduce Grande Escolha, produced from Madural, Negrinha, and Verdeal olives handpicked between the end of October and the beginning of December, when the color changes from green to black. The olives are quickly processed without delay, pulverized in a traditional stone mill without the addition of any water, which may diminish their aromatic quality.
