Esporão 6/750mL, 3/3L (100Wx479H) - This olive oil from the Alentejo region of Portugal is fruity with a bit of earthiness at the center and an herbal, peppery finish. It is produced with Galega, Cordovil, Cobrancosa and Verdeal olives from the D.O.P. Moura region. This oil is produced by one of the finest wine producers in Portugal. Evora (391Wx242H) - A semi-hard unpasteurized sheep's milk cheese produced in the town of Evora, in the Alentejo region of Portugal. This is a D.O.P. cheese whose production begins in November and peaks in March and April. It has a creamy and pungent flavor with a slightly acidic finish. Each piece is 6 ounces and years ago this was used to pay workers instead of coins. Thistle flower is used as the coagulant. 6/6oz. Name: Evora
