Another gem from our cheesemaking wizard, Oscar, this petite brick-shaped cheese is similar to Leonora®. The more compact paste is creamy and less flaky, but equally tantalizing.. The name come from hoz (prounounced oz in Spanish), which in local dialect means canyon. 8/8.8oz
